2023 Southern California Gingerbread Challenge

From the 2023 Southern California Gingerbread Challenge, my favorite structure was the Once-ler’s house from SGH because of the complex shape they successfully built for the home and the colorful Lorax located near the bottom. Another structure I liked was the Hogwarts Castle by PBK Kubala Engineers because of the creative use of waffle cones for the tower. If I were on this committee and building a structure, I would build the Eiffel Tower. I would use pretzel sticks and black licorice in addition to gingerbread to build the structure.
